By accessing or using FlipFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

FlipFinder is an information and analysis tool that aggregates publicly available listing data from finn.no and estimates resale values on international marketplaces. The Service provides profit calculations, margin estimates, and opportunity rankings for informational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

FlipFinder does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All profit estimates, margin calculations, and opportunity rankings are algorithmic estimates based on publicly available data and are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any purchasing or selling decisions you make. Past performance of arbitrage opportunities does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and software comprising FlipFinder are the exclusive property of FlipFinder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Data

FlipFinder aggregates data from third-party sources including finn.no, eBay, Vinted, BrickLink, and others. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Third-party platforms may change their pricing, availability, or policies at any time without notice.

8. Payments and Donations

Donations made through the Service are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe and Vipps under their respective terms of service. FlipFinder does not store payment card information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipFinder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from acting on information provided by the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
